Beautiful scenery.

Room was outdated in my opinion. Housekeeping came to my door twice before 1100 checkout, to see if we had indeed checked out yet.

The pool and bar at the Omni are just amazing. My husband and I booked this trip last minute and we are so excited to go back soon.

gorgeous. so helpful from the guard to the front desk to customer service and transportation. I am beyond thankful for hotel employee who helped me tremendously for my daughter?s surprise engagement to check in early to allow for decorations. perfect!

The size of the room

Only issue with the room w@ it should have been check to make sure everything was in working order before we checked in. (The heat,air & celing fan was not working when we first arrived)

The oceanfront view

I was led to believe from the photos of the rooms I saw when booking that I would have a kitchenette in my room. I didn?t even have a microwave.

The Villa was not the one pictured on line that we selected. It was dated and it smelled musty when sitting on the couch. We choice the one pictured as it looked like it was modern and updated, but that is not the Villa that we were given.

The room had an oceanfront balcony.

Given an expired parking pass, wore a bracelet & not told why, lack of parking spaces for handicapped, bed was worn out, TV was broke, dirty floors, screen door 2 patio was broke, ice filled freezer, spots on towels, rug in closet, & had 2 set the clock.

Villas were old and room was nothing special for the price

The location, amenities, staff,cleanliness, and room itself.

We had a villa, check in was not explained, so we pulled up where it was posted " villa check-in", but there was no one anywhere and no directions as to where we should go. Someone driving a shuttle saw us and had us follow them to the hotel to check in.

The location was stellar.

NO amenities: other than, that spectacular view. No microwave, no kitchenette, no room service, no ice bucket, hair in strange places, cigarette butts on the patio. I am having a better experience in Savannah at a hotel. I wanted peace....and convenience.

was billed as ocean front, and that was true, but the sand dunes blocked the view.

The hotel staff, resort grounds, room and the view were perfect.

No one answers the phone. So if there is a real problem, It’s dangerous. The front desk staff doesn’t give out the right password. So you have to walk back to the front desk (a mile) to get it. Rooms are noisy.

Staff were fantastic. Beds super comfy and the beach view was absolutely magnificent.

Extra activities were expensive. It seems like using a kayak or a bike would be a nice free perk when staying at the resort.

Pool and ocean are right there

No maid service . There is an extra charge if u want maid service . They Changed towels every 3 days

Very mature landscaping, beautiful surroundings, felt very safe

We had a insect infestation in out unit, staff didn't seem too concerned, not sure if this is a seasonal thing, but was disturbing to find flying ants in towels and in.out candles. Apart from the buga it was an incredible time and place.

It is an amazing location if you get the right room.

I thought we had booked a suite. Turns out we were an extra bedroom in someone else's suite. Also, our host's partied like rock stars. Do not stay in The Tennis Villas. It is Frat row. Was given a room in the hotel for the second night. Cost $150 extra.

The advertisements were very deceptive. The Omni Hotel may be a 4star hotel overlooking the beach but the villas were extremely moldy, nasty, carpet was stained. I rated it as a 1 star not a 4 star. They charge $20 per night for parking. Not a good deal!

Location on the beach was wonderful, grounds are amazing.

Only one working lamp in the large room. There was a silverfish in the bathtub. $40 resort fee seems a little excessive.
