One of the Staff members was extremely rude. She should not work for hospitality industry. Location is not the best, too far from Interlaken. Room was tiny, no TV in the room. Breakfast is very basic. Otherwise clean lodge with the good speed internet.

Good value for Switzerland, 3 minutes of walking from the train station and bus stop. Check-in was quick and efficient. We received bus passes for Interlaken for our entire stay, which was convenient for getting around and departing from the Interlaken West train station. Our room on the third floor was quiet, immaculately clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a bathroom sink. The continental breakfast was okay. I have never seen assigned breakfast tables before.

The staff was a bit curt and we had a misunderstanding about the availability of dinner during our stay.

Friendly staff, close to the train, good breakfast, very clean basic room. Lovely balcony. Perfect for a place to sleep and eat before a busy day sight seeing. If we return to this area, we would stay here again.

The room is too small to include chairs,. The only seating is the bed or balcony. However, I would still choose to stay here in the future.

Location is awesome. Outside of Interlaken, this small village is beautiful. 5 min walk to train station. EU style breakfast is decent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, this is hard to find. In house restaurant available.

Room is not luxurious, small of course, and very basic. But decent. Bathroom is small and the shower is even smaller!

Amazing staff, very friendly. Provided me with a transit card for the Interlaken area. Breakfast was included, featured yogurts, meats cheese, breads, granolas, and juices. Pretty standard european breakfast. Room was spacious with a sink. The shared bathrooms were great, one with just a toilet and the other with a shower and toilet. Very clean. When the dining room was full I was able to take my food to my room. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Wilderswil station, and a 6 minute train ride to interlaken ost, and a direct cogwheel trail up to Schynige Platte. The train also was easy to take on a day trip to Lauterbrunnen, and made it easy to get to Aareschlucht. Amazing mountain view. Book this wonderful accomodation. Great value.

The shower lever to adjust the height of the showr head was broken.

The room was very basic. No frills, no extras. The bathroom was tiny but functional. Breakfast was good. It was just very pricy for the room, but it's an expensive area.

The location was excellent and guest card served the purpose to move around on buses and trains free of cost. There are plenty of scenic views all around.

Breakfast options were limited which needs to be improved.

-5 minutes from Wilderswil train station.-Guest card transportation was provided. Good for commuting to Interlaken Ost.-The apartment size is perfect for both of us to feel like home.-A quick help was provided if we got down to the restaurant downstairs.

Nothing for us. Just keep in mind, this guest house doesn’t have elevator. Thus, it may not fit for travelers with a heavy luggage.

Convenient location, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff

The staff is really nice, the rooms are cozy, and the location is great: 2 min from Wilderswil station, or if a longer gorgeous walk until Interlaken (about 35 min).The breakfast has good, healthy options and the coffee is decent.

The bathroom is very small. OK for a short stay, but it may become uncomfortable for longer ones.

The location was good, breakfast was decent and the restaurant had great food.

The room had a weird smell and the shared bathroom is not ideal.

Stuffs were really helpful. Location is amazing.

Breakfast spread was rather ordinary. Shared bathroom after spending more than 200 chf per day for room doesn't make sense. More over the attic meant the room size was even smaller than advertised.

I don’t recommend at all

It was really bad and terrible experience I have ever had ever . The apartments smell really bad and when you just get out of the room you smell cooking downstairs and the smell is not acceptable really. And the floor of the apartment I tried once to walk without my sandal I felt it is sticky

Staff went out their way to be accommodating to our every need and want. Friendly and courteous to a fault. The hotel is lovely and quaint and located in a quiet and peaceful area only a short walk from the train station. The views from the balcony were expansive and we were treated to views of swarms of para-sailers over Interlochen throughout the afternoon and next morning. Loved our stay.

The property is somewhat dated but our perception was that it added to the overall charm. Just don't get hung up on the slightly frayed edges.

Wonderful place pretty close to the train station. The shared bathroom looked recently renovated and was fairly spacious and clean. I liked that they assigned the breakfast places for the guests in the morning and the baby seat for our toddler was already at the table. Breakfast itself was basic but good! Very easy to get to and from since it is close to the Wilderswil train station. They also kept our luggage for the day while we hiked around, which was nice.

It's a big apartment and very close to the train station. Located on a charming village. Beautiful place!

It has just a bath tube, and we normally like a shower. But it's just our preference.
