Novotel Milton Keynes

Swimming pool

Hard mattress and dirty carpet

The staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble I have to be gluten free and they went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed

We had to book the swimming pool for a swim and then it could only be booked for half an hour and there were so many people in it that we couldn't get a proper swim and the pool wasn't very warm

the room and the lobby

i thought the pool was okay abut crowded so could do with a bigger pool

Very nice location clean and family friendly

Great friendly, spacious and clean hotel

The prices of the food - for a family of 4 would have been £80 for fish and chips without drinks. So ate out in Milton Keynes town.

I loved the room, the swimming pool & breakfast and the staff.

I was very surprised by the state of the swimming pool. Very clean! I'd add some music or just simply play radio at the pool. Corridors and carpets are also in a very good state. Staff looking positive and ready to help. Looking forward to stay there again. Thank youAneta

The weather was awful but nothing to do with the lovely hotel.

The price and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble

The room was very dated, no plug sockets next to the bed, very basic facilities.

Super staff, welcoming, competent, friendly. Amazing breakfast: pancakes, croissants, bacon & eggs, juice, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and more.. . Pool was small and busy, but free towels and booking from 6am meant we got in some short laps. Large room, great beds and comfy.

Small stain on carpet.

Good location, comfortable rooms.

Pool would be great if a couple degrees warmer. The sauna also would be great except there were a lot of children using the sauna, which I was surprised wasn’t monitored. Leaving the door open and jumping into the pool straight from the sauna without showering.

The rooms was comfortable clean the swimming pool was good warm. The jim was ok ,and the breakfast .

Everything was ok.Just the room service was late., but is ok.

Central location to where we were going. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Comfort, staff, food pool

Sauna not on when I early swim

Place was quiet and friendly staff.

Very outdated. Requires a revamp

Good property Nice and clean Facility to stay. Had a good sleep. That’s all can remember. The staff is kind they care of their guest. Nice !!

All great !

Nice decent size room, fairly comfortable bed, good shower in the bath. Nice big desk top area. And a pool to swim in.

Wanted to swim when the schools were in there so I couldn’t.

Cleanliness, good sized rooms , quiet location

Staff were friendly.

Room was tired, room was cold. Advertised the swimming pool but couldn't get in it, swimming club or something going on.

Great for an overnight stay to break up a long journey

Pool availability was restrictive with public swimming reservations, but we weren't that bothered.
