Fantastic

Good location.

Bad hygiene, dirty and stained bed sheets.Zero sound-proof, noises keep coming from around the room.Crowded.

We stayed one night due to cancelled flight. Everything was OK.

The place is a bit dated. Maybe the ocean view rooms make better impression. Nonetheless, it was absolutely fine for one night.

The staff was pleasant.

We were given 2 villas. One villa had a view of the water. The other villa had a view of a fence. Also both villas are in front of their sewage/water system so you get the smell of that every time you go to your room. We asked to be moved and they said they were booked. I would not recommend staying there. We payed a lot of money during the holidays to have a poor hotel. Make sure that you don't stay in the villas 9-11.

We are 6 the appartmemt was big and met our needs wellIt was well.equipped with kitchen utensils and overall was modern.

The advertisment has a heated outdoor pool we dis not find one and my 4 kids really checked them all outWe stayed in an appartmemt on the side 225 that was toward el medano we could not use the large outdoor porch because of a very strong bad smell This was biggest disappointment on our end

It’s beautiful hotel by ocean, trail for walking around area. pool, jacuzzi , pool activities for fun were great.music. They have amazing staff, special one lady at front desk she is amazing and talks 4 languages that she’s so sweet and helpful ( sorry I forgot her name) . also has supermarket there , and everything for cooking you need were there. We enjoyed staying there.

Our bathroom didn’t drain water & stuck water on the floor so we used all towels to dry floor at night because we couldn’t walk inside. when other day we asked to bring clean towels they say police for change towels is after 2 days or something like that!!! Other thing: most major hotel provide complimentary coffee and tea in rooms, with regular daily restocking of supplies But Santa Barbara Doesn’t have and we went to buy for coffee maker while we stayed few days.it was something else but totally wasn’t too bad.

Everything, it was a fabulous stay for our family. The property is so clean and maintained so well, the facilities have everything you could need and great for children too. The kids pool is a perfect size and never an issue getting beds in the sun even through the booking system. It is a quiet location but we knew this so it depends what you are going on holiday for but it has a lovely costal walk right outside the hotel accessed via a room key gate and a few restaurants/cafes a few minutes walk down the coast. The on site supermarket and shop has everything you could need and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done and just an added bonus to our stay. The spa, Pilates, yoga, kids club are all great additions to a stay too. We would definitely return.

The exterior of the complex is really nice.The live 'singers' in the evenings were in the end a nice surprise.

The rooms and the interiors are quite outdated, as opposed to the website pictures.

The location close to the sea is nice. The hotel is well maintained and clean.

The pool was a bit crowded.

Great facilities, everything you need was there. Iron, coffee machine, dishwasher.

The location is fairly quiet. A few bars around and a bar on the property with tasty drinks but apart from that there isn't much to do.

Very clean and the room was spacious and had everything we needed, the booking system for the pool is very good, the hotel should continue this but look to automate it so guests don’t have to queue every morning.

Some of the pool bar staff I found very rude(need someone there that will bring a good atmosphere to the pool bar) in some cases ignoring kids who wanted to buy ice creams which meant I had to go up and get them what they wanted.

The rooms were clean and the hotel has santorini vibes

It was further than I expected and I was looking for something to do while we were at the hotel and other than the swimming pool there was absolutely nothing you can’t swim by the beach because it’s just full of rocks. I asked the reception what can I do around here and she said nothing except for this fresh seafood market so it was quite inconvenient having to drive to Los Cristianos every time we wanted do something and do the excursions and we couldn’t go back to the hotel and rest and go out again because then we will have to do another drive. The basement parking is poorly designed yet expensive. When I got there I asked about this app to download to get 50% discount the reception said he has never heard of it and if I found this information he will give us the parking for free. I did find it and they refused to acknowledge it saying it is old information and that was from the previous company even though it’s still visible in the FAQ’s. I was told to read the terms and conditions like I am an idiot who doesn’t read that I have to pay even though the price of the parking itself is not in the booking. Upon checking out I was being charged €20 for towel rental that I rented for one day and already paid for. They later realized it was a mistake and my bill has been settled, I asked for an invoice and the front desk said “Why do you not trust me?” And looked so annoyed. I wanted to cancel my stay here and move to Playa de las Americas but they never responded to booking.com. I will never come back here.

They give us the worst room, a villa with old furniture near the service room for the pool, the smell was extremely bad in the morning and on evening. The same in the morning we had extreme noise, because od the ppl working on the pool service room, talking very loud as well. The room is I think at max 5 meters from the pool service area.

The location is very good. Supermarket available with a nice souvenir shop.The apartment are good suited for families

- The swimming pool closes at 6 pm ( sunset is at 9pm)/- The hotel is getting old and need serious refurbishment - Confusing architecture in which you get easily lost.- The hotel Parking places are very narrow and badly designed, not fit for modern cars.- Check-in took at least 45 minutes.- Internet connection instable.

The place was very good and the facilities provided is also good just keep in mind that you pay separately for each things.

The noise was to loud because there is building construction in the near rooms especially x01 to x26 and the manager replied with no rooms to move from the noise. Moreover, the staff was going and returning to us and he/she couldn’t move to talk or apologise at least and that was in three days continually.

Cheap alternative but with low cleaning standards

We entered at 3pm on first day and they told us that should check out on 10:00 a.m. and we was wandered 4 hours because we thought that check out time is 12 and they are flexible they didn't have everyday cleaning of rooms

Santa Barbara Tenerife has some great things going for it. The property is very clean – staff are constantly maintaining it. The pools are nice for both kids and adults, and there’s a happy hour at the pool. The on-site supermarket is genuinely useful, with fair prices. The ocean views from most spots in the resort are fantastic.

The location is isolated. You’ll need a car to do anything useful – no good restaurants, beaches, or attractions nearby. The pool closes ridiculously early at 6 PM, and the chair/towel booking system is a mess. The restaurant has no energy and doesn’t even open until 4 PM, so lunch means either the pool bar or cooking yourself. Entertainment is barely there, and the info about activities or buses is hard to follow. Internet and mobile reception are both weak.The worst part: noise. The walls are so thin you’ll hear everything – toilets flushing, chairs scraping, people talking on balconies or in the hallway. It’s hard to sleep through. Cleaning is supposedly every 3 days, but that’s not consistent, and bed sheets are often not changed.If you’re renting a car and don’t mind the noise or doing your own thing, it might work. Otherwise, it’s not the relaxing resort experience it seems to be.

Everything except the view because despite having stayed there about four times. Booking many months in advance and asking politely we always get an apartment without a sea view facing other buildings
