Standard issues for this type of budget hotel: noisy mini fridge, noisy bathroom fan, dodgy beds / mattresses.

Fantastic located for travelling on the spirit of Tasmania very close. Fantastic showers and the bed was so comfortable.

Very convenient location before catching the Spirit of Tasmania back to Geelong. Well priced and had laundry services (washing powder @$1 - enough for 2 loads, washer and dryer were $4 each (noting you had to have $1 coins)). Staff friendly and exchanged notes to coins, room was clean and comfortable. They had the tavern next door for nearby dinner option and a bottle-o which we did not use. Rooms included toaster, microwave and kettle.

Only minor inconvenience is that parking in front of rooms is not allocated based on room number. The parking lot filled up in the evening so if you were out for the day you likely had to park away from your room.

Lovely comfortable bed and well appointed. Fantastic shower and bathroom facilities. The owner contacted me as I had a late arrival and made sure I new exactly where I was going

Economical , Very clean and comfortable ,Close to Spirit of Tasmania for night as we had an early trip the next morning . Bistro available for dinner. One of our group left an item in their room and Ange was fantastic making quick contact with us and arranged posting of item to NZ . Fabulous Friendly Tassie hospitality.

Good location

Room smelt like smoke as soon as we walked in. Staff did put a humidifier in to freshen it up but that didn’t stop all the staff from smoking out the front.Disappointing stay this time around (5-6th stay here). Seems to have gone downhill fast!

Great location to get on to the spirit of Tasmania! Very clean, modern room! Close to local restaurants and shops! Has all you need supplied in room…shampoo, body wash, hand soap, towels & an additional awesome make up removing cloth too (loved that idea) ! Had milk, Tea, Coffee & bar fridge, kettle, toaster & Microwave as well!

Wifi on Tv was not working or had bad signal so we could not watch Netflix on the room Tv but we could still watch normal Tv stations….we stayed only one night stay so not a big issue at all! We would definitely stay again in future as very clean room and comfortable beds with lots of parking onsite!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bathroom was modern, with basic toiletries provided. Our room had a very good kettle, toaster and microwave oven. It was nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the view.

Dishes had to be washed in the bathroom and there was no dishwashing detergent or sponge provided.

Close to Sprit of Tasmania ferry terminal

Bit of traffic noise and issues with broken soft close draws staying closed.
