Mercure Arras Centre Gare

Great location and parking. Rooms were close together but not next door which would have been better. Boys enjoyed football table and table tennis!

The staff were wonderful! And the games and family friendly touches were appreciated as we were travelling with a six year old and three year old.

Better pillows needed

location, car park

Only one chair in the room that could be used with the tableRoom service was late in the day

The service was great, with beautiful decorations. The room was spacious enough with a lovely breakfast buffet.

Convenient for the railway station, parking underground, restaurant available.

Food in the restaurant was not as good s expected.

Good modern hotel with parking. I have stayed here a couple of times driving to Italy and would do so again. I liked the simple omelette and chips menu in the restaurant as after a long drive that is all you need. The hotel is well located on the edge of the old town.

Staff was approachable and helpful. The location is nice, in a quiet area yet close to the city center. The room was a bit small but overall clean and pleasant.

felt like they didn’t expect that many people for breakfast so we had to wait to end up being placed at the hotel bar. But nothing deeper than this.

Comfortable , dog friendly stay, walkable

Bar and restaurant area lovely especially the table tennis and table football. Bed very comfortable

Lighting a bit dim in the room and no bin in the toilet

Overall, it was good

The duvet was very thin. I was a little cold and I couldn’t find the way to work the Heating

Great location with parking , super quiet room and comfortable bed

The restaurant could do with more local product on the menu, an savoury option in the morning

Room decoration and spacePet friendly hotelEasy to reach in town centre Immediate proximity to the car park

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, especially the cooked options Coffee choice limited

Nice ambience and central location.

Toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom. Pillow was not very comfortable. It was not easy to speak English.

Nice room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great in room air conditioning and great price. Right beside the train station, what more could you want?

The breakfast was a great selection. Staff great when I asked for a room with a bath they changed us accordingly

Nothing all good

Stayed one night on the way home to the UK. All was very good, room spacious and bed comfortable. Arras was interesting with good nighttime vibe.

Lovely Hotel, well placed in Arras, clean rooms and a nice lot of space on the ground floor lobby areas.Nice modern bathroom with lovely big shower.

I think the Hotel needs to state the name of the car park which is the ‘centre European’ on Marechal Foch.In it’s description it says we have underground parking which is fine, but if like us you’ve been travelling by car around Europe for a few weeks you need proper addresses and street names, parking is the one thing you need clarity on as it can be quite stressful on arriving at a destination after a long drive and not being sure where you can park.

Bars, lounge areas & recepption

Hotel location was really difficult to find, not helped by all the construction going on outside. Once we knew where we were we were thrilled with location..

Lovely breakfast and secure underground parking

Not the fault of the property but a lot of construction outside made navigating to property and parking difficult

The Mercure staff were extremely helpful & polite.Reception staff a pleasure & provided assistance on evening meal, places to visit/shop & lent us an umbrella as the weather wasn’t ideal.Overall the hotel bar area, bedrooms and lobby areas were clean, modern & pleasantly staffed.Would I recommend it …. yes, would I stay here again - definitely

Only slight issue was that the hotel had roadworks outside which meant a slight detour for parking..
