Accessible out of town location suited our needs. Large room. Easily accessible area for dog exercise. Good breakfast food range.

Air conditioning ineffective and noisy. Poor provisioning in bathroom.

The room was clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the manager was responsive when we called about directions to the property. The pool was open, but there were no cushions or towels out and it was also not fully cleaned.

The photographs are very outdated. The grounds and facilities had a lot of wear and tear, and it was clear that they had not been maintained for quite some time. There was no personnel on the property for check-in or in the afternoon and evening. Only for the breakfast was someone there. The restaurant was closed without any forewarning in our booking confirmation or on the website or when talking with the personnel. We were required to take the bus back into town to get food. The jacuzzi was not cleaned and functioning, and this was also not mentioned prior to arrival. Our terrace had a metal bed frame without any mattress or pads (and many others were around the property and none were usable.) We specifically booked this place as a treat on our 9 day backpacking trip and were very surprised upon arrival - it felt deserted and abandoned and was not the relaxing night we had anticipated. The splash pad was closed, the ping pong table was warped and unusable, and the putt putt had a bag of golf clubs available but with only one putter that was broken. The putt putt course was also unmaintained with weeds growing in the holes and the brick perimeters of the holes broken and worn down so the ball was not stopped when it hit one of the walls. The other guests who stayed there were also seemingly confused and had not anticipated this experience either.

Very friendly staff, clean environment and nice setup overall. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was perfect to drive around anywhere in Palma
