    Pros +

    • Clean, updated. And a good price for an excellent location. Belfort itself exceeded expectations.
    • The beds were big and comfortable. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were well decorated and the living room was very comfortable.
    • Just a one night stay Good location for the old town.the bed and bathroom were clean but the carpets were ready for cleaning or replacing.

    Cons -

    • The staff wasn't friendly, even by French standards.
    • Parts of the building were still under construction, so the entrance and the stairs were quite dirty. The floors in the apartment were very loud, making it difficult to walk around while people were asleep. We found it also quite expensive, considering the apartment wasn’t in the same building as the hotel.
    • Only negative was there was an air conditioning panel but no actual air conditioning.

Lovely large apartment, spotless. Recently refurbished to a nice standard. Right on the main square of the town. Views from apartment windows was amazing. If travelled to the area again would definitely stay here again.

Only negative was there was an air conditioning panel but no actual air conditioning.

It is an exceptional hotel in a superb location, with a room boasting a stunning city view, creating a cosy and distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped, and feature a wonderfully comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water is provided in the room. Very well-functioning Wi-Fi. The bathroom is well-appointed, showcasing a large towel, good-quality toiletries, and a warm ambience. The coffee served is truly outstanding. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist. The personnel is truly what sets this hotel apart! Undoubtedly, it is the best location in the city.

    Location.

Paid for breakfast on arrival but not entered on computer. In morning accused of not paying in front of other guests at breakfast. No apology. Duvet cover had large tear in it and bottom sheet just thrown on.

The location is convenient and close to the attractions. My room is spacious and well equiped. The recetion is very helpful.

Great location. Clean and nice looking room. No air conditioner which was Ok but could be hot in summer. One tip is to ask for a (table) fan early as limited supply. Having an elevator was a bonus. The restaurant was not open on the Sunday we were there. In fact, it seemed to be that only a limited number of restaurants were open in Belfort on Sundays so, suggest you book ahead if possible. However, we were able to get lunch at the hotel (very nice!) and there was a very nice open area out in the front of the hotel where we could have evening drinks, and tea/coffee. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. can recommend a stay here

Perfect location, smack in the main city square, super comfortable beds, clean, nice and spacious bathroom with the rustic/attic vibes

Lady didn't speak any English, kind of special but we finally understood everything, bad internet, practically there was no internet

    3AnnePosted on: 6-11-2023

The location was good and the room was fine.

The wifi did not work at first. We did get one Android phone to work. We were eventually told that Apple Iphone or pad will not work. This was after going down stairs repeatedly. nanotubes good service at all.

    Location only

The room was incredibly small, the real price for a room and that breakfast is 50 Euros and not 115 Euros.

    10HurleyPosted on: 4-3-2023

The breakfast was traditional French, so it started a little late for me. The selection was good and the quality was excellent. The hotel is typical of locally owned properties in Europe. It has local flair, as such, the rooms are a bit smaller than a chain hotel. it was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. The location and view from my room was excellent!

Not air conditioned. Wasn’t a problem for this trip, but in summer could be.

    Everything..

Staff were not able to pin point where I could park the car. I had to park a few hundred meters away just to be safe not to get a ticket.

    9AndreasPosted on: 3-9-2023

Everything really (due to road works - no traffic - our room was probably even quieter than usual). We were lucky and found a Parking close by but that would be an issue next time.

Internet is not as expected in the 21st century - Login required every few minutes. Mostly not more than one device at a time is usable. Working was not possible.

    10DiannePosted on: 2-24-2023

location, the fact that it had a restaurant and a bar, friendly helpful staff.

    9LeandraPosted on: 1-5-2023

Very spacious and clean, newly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of the church and fort.

The stairwell is deceiving and was a bit smelly.

    was a nice town

there is no restaurant and parking was not private only public parking

    8SarahPosted on: 10-30-2022

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the area.

    6PetrPosted on: 9-19-2022

Great place in the historical center of town. Rich breakfast. Nice personal. Check-in service after official check-in term.

I've been to the Hotel before without any trouble. In this booking, I got room number 2. The room is placed in the opposite building on the ground floor. The window from the room is direct to the square everyone can look in your room. I felt like in the shop window. The access card to the room does not work. Every time I had to go to the recption in the opposite building to ask for an open room. I am average tall and the bed was hobbit-sized.

Cleanliness of the room. Excellent location. Good breakfast
