Food was ok

A lot of things. The floor above leaked through our roof onto our bedside table. There was a constant flow of water from the floor above in the bathroom. We did not get a new room. There was lightbulbs out everywhere. They failed to clean the room

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was great that so many could speak English, but also great that some helped us with our Spanish. We stayed in the adult only side and really enjoyed that. The restaurants were very good. Would come again.

Some areas looked a bit worn, but they were fixing up different areas the whole time we were there. I¿m sure it is difficult to renovate while guests are using facilities and try to stay out of the way as much as possible.

Everything at the resort was good aside from the beach at the resort. The sand is way too rocky and the water was very brown. The hotel could make an effort to replace the sand

It wasn¿t a 4 star hotel.. your info says check in at 3pm but they have 4pm. We arrived early and we had to pay 40 dollars per room to eat early. It was loud, water everywhere we didn¿t even have towels first day. Elevator didn¿t work one day.

We liked the amenities.

We did not appreciate the hidden amenities that are charged like the wifi in the rooms is not included and the internet service is not good at all. The room had no view, the beds were dirty and the mirrors in the room and the room smelled like cigarette.

Staff was very attentive, food was good. Good location close to marina for boat tours.

The room curtains are awful, so not block sunlight at all. Must make reservations to eat at the restaurants that seem to fill up fast, so make sure to do that asap!

Could not control tha air conditioner it was very warm check out was they hardly had staff

The location was great in terms of being able to Uber in/out and also proximity to the airport and nicer shopping areas.

Bedbugs in the room, the lack of dining options, dirty dishes and cups, the food quality was not hilton standards whatsoever.

I purchased a suite with a swim out pool that I could not use because it was murky, dirty, just disgusting. The buffet food was horrible.

The staff was very courteous, the location was perfect and the food was magnificent.

The hotel pool was nice, the drinks were good as well. The staff was nice if you tip them well. Otherwise your ignored, because there so much people it¿s really crowded.

The hotel looks rundown and not maintained well. The rooms were disgusting to say the less, the floors in the room looked like they haven¿t been cleaned in years. The rooms, sheets had a strange smell. We had to be moved the the hacienda side, still disgu

Proximity to airport and nice room

All of the food choices were pretty bad, especially the lunch buffet where nothing looked appetizing. I am surprised that hotel is rated 4 stars and have been to many all inclusive vacations internationally with much better food choices.

We enjoy our stay there! Breakfast and lunch at the Havienda were very good! Sushi sy the rooftop bar were very good and a great place to watch the sunset! The only downfall was the room had a strong smell.. the staff was really nice and friendly!

Liked the location. Food very good at all restaurants. The beach had great sand. Had lots of chairs on the beach but would like more around pool. Staff just excellent!

Had to wake up early to get chairs around pool. Need more umbrellas.

Hotel was dated. Room smelled of mildew and mild. When asked to switch rooms they wanted to put me in a smaller room with two double beds. Did not want to downgrade especially for the price I paid. Fridge in room was not properly clean. Food was horrible
