cleanliness was good, as were the staff. location was ok and little road noise

shower was over the bath with no handrails for safety, which we did not like. TV was too mall to watch from bed.

The Manager was very friendly and helpful. Great to park right outside our room.

The main bed mattress in our family room was hard as a rock. The kids room only has a ceiling fan and.no aircon so had to leave the door between open all night to keep it cool in the kids room.

The bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Great location, rooms were clean and comfortable. Pub next door where you can enjoy a great meal. Central to everything. Spacious.

Bathroom could do with a spruce up.

The pool was great. It had a very big umbrella to give some shade while it was extremely hot.

I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner.

Tidy & quiet , close to pub for tea, & Main Street .

Easy to find, the shower was great and the room was comfortable and part had been renovated to bring it into the modern world

The aircon vent had broken and blew directly onto your face in bed

Great location, had a pool, which was great because it was 39 degrees

Perfect for what we needed

Very comfy bed, lovely pool, close walk to the main street, pub right next door, Cafe a couple of doors down. Off street parking at the front door of the room. Ice cold air con. Android TV to cast your streaming services to. Very reasonable price per night mid week in January school holidays.

The location was great and close to where we needed to be.

The stairwells of the building were filthy including dead cockroaches. The carpets were worn, stained and felt dirty. The sheets were clean but the mattress had no support - it was like sleeping in quicksand. The bathroom looked clean enough but used shampoo was open and sitting on the window sill. The louvred windows in the bathroom were filthy. And we discovered the walls were very thin and party music at the pub next door may as welll have been in our room. An overpriced overnight stay.

Room was stuck in the early 1990's, the noise from the Highway and other guests was constant. Advertised on listing having cable TV, only free to air TV available in room. TV remote didn't work more than 1m from tv. Should have had garden and pool view, I couldn't see either. Pre payment was not an option.

Great location just off main street. Handy to everything. Well maintained. Clean room. Hot shower with good pressure. Plenty of parking. Friendly service.

No heater or ac in the 2nd bedroom. Needs updating.

The room was quiet and worked well for me. I was originally given the room next to the highway but, when I requested it be changed, this was done. The bedroom was pleasant with the brick walls painted white which made the environment brighter than it would otherwise have been.Lots of pegs and rails to hang towels.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower was in the bath which can be dangerous. Also there was no soap dispenser in the shower - only shampoo.

Location was good, easy to find in Mudgee.

Was a bit noisy people talking outside, traffic noise. Had to put ear plugs in.

The air conditioner - on the wall directly blowing in my face & unable to adjust.
