Location, friendly staff
They cleaned the room with something that had a very strong odor. I had to open the door and turn on air to try to get rid of the smell. It was clean but I had a hard time falling asleep the smell was horrible.

Close to boardwalk for anyone wanting to go, and was quiet.
It was dirty, left over food in the room freezer . The comforter on one of the beds had mildew and mold, and a blood stain. The manager was rude when I asked for a different cover he said later and it never came. A/C was not cooling room, etc.. I do not reccomend.
