The view and the physical space of the room are great, and the stuff was courteous.

Unfortunately there were a few problems with our stay. When we first arrived, there were piles of stucco on the ground from repairs that had been made to the room. Then, each morning we had to call and wait for simple things like new glasses or coffee cups to use, since the old ones were not taken and replaced with the room service. Lastly, the "hot tub" in the room is empty, and you have to fill it to use it, which would take an hour at least. By the time you fill just the foot part, the room is out of hot water. It's impossible to use this as a hot tub. Either you leave it full of cold water, or don't use it. I was very disappointed, since rooms with a hot tub are obviously at a premium in this location.
