- Location, room size, clean, quiet, helpful staff. Great price. Short walk to trains, museums, food, parks. Easy access to attractions by trains. Felt safe and friendly. Great water pressure. Hot water, nice towels, tea kettle, iron, hair dryer, good beds.
- Location and pub and restaurants bam 50 ft from tube
Cons -
- I would have liked a Granola option at breakfast
- Rooms could use some maintenance. Things like peeling grout and marks in walls. Curtains had stains. The bathroom has no fan and has a moldy smell. Some days the towels smelled of mold also. Room service food really poor.
- Room not clean, there is some fly in the room , pillows case and bed sheets not changed for 7 nights, only when I requested to change the pillow case, and the housekeeping not clean my room in the morning, only clean at 3 or 4 o?clock afternoon
