- I like that it's conveniently close to the airport, and Windsor.
- A very warm and inviting atmosphere with a pleasant staff to greet you anytime. My food experience was amazing. Five star breakfast and service. Room was very comfortable clean and beautiful The Lu (bathroom) was five star as well.

- No my time in you hotel was very nice. I would recommend to my friends. Easy access to the airport.
- The locker in the room was not working
- Wanted to charge ã10 for parking. Whole place is tired out and needs a refurb.
