Cons -

Really strange room -- "modern" with strange wrinkled gray carpet, no privacy in the loo (located in the hallway by the door), front desk staff who could not see room availability, the hallways were completely dark, the worst room service ever.
The Marble in the bathroom had stains in both rooms. Poor material design choice and the beds were not very comfortable
Some of the extra amenities were a bit hard to figure out. Our kids figured them out right away in their room but us older people needed an instruction manual. Phones were also a bit confusing. We ended up using the one in the toilet to call downstairs.

This hotel has a wow factor. Modern and contemporary design with incredible architecture. The rooms are well appointed with loads of amenities. We enjoyed the angled window views, nespresso coffee maker and the lighting controls.

Some of the extra amenities were a bit hard to figure out. Our kids figured them out right away in their room but us older people needed an instruction manual. Phones were also a bit confusing. We ended up using the one in the toilet to call downstairs.
