- Location, amenities, cleanliness
- Nice hotel and location
- Hotel is a pig wrapped in a ribbon. Very beautiful outer layer but peel it and you see Texas shortcuts. Pool surface was poor, water down drinks, heated pool was colder then the outside one, places closed for renovations that no employees seem to know.
Cons -
- The hotel charges a $39 per day valet fee that is mandatory and a $25 per day resort fee that is mandatory, but they do not offer housekeeping services during the stay, and we were there 3 nights. Very disappointed.
- The extra amenity charge was a surprise . The front desk staff at check in and check out were flippant when we asked questions .
- How it is managed. You can see they take every shortcut they can that lowers the quality compared to 4 and 5 star luxury resorts.
