Spacious room and nice location
They disregarded my reservation/booking completely. They ignored my confirmation price and room selection. Then charged me full walk-in rate.

The room was not as clean as expected - mainly the restroom there where hairs behinds in the tub from previous guest.

The location was great, the building was a beautiful setting.
Staff was rude with the exception of the valet attendants and the Meroki cafe. The spa as well as registration could not care less if you were greeted and certainly did not make you feel welcome. No information or misinformation was given when we inquired about services as well as being made to feel as if they did not want to be bothered with your presence. Our first night, there was fighting with other people in the hallway at 2:32 am . Even after we made staff aware the next day, there was no response to how we was enjoying ourselves and our stay. We had actually discussed inquiring about time share when we first arrived and met other couples at the pool. However, we very quickly changed our minds and decided only to stay the 2 nights we had originally booked. We will not be back sadly it was not at all the experience we had hoped for with our anniversary or for any other reason.

Beautiful property and the location is exceptional. Pool looked very nice.
I didn’t like I had to book online. Couldn’t just walk in and book. Room was very tight ! Took forever to check in ! You are forced to valet and the valet guy disappeared for 20 minutes. There was nowhere to get a coke or snacks until morning and then there wasn’t a restaurant open during week. Also I asked to be close to the elevator and she put us in last room farthest away from elevator I won’t be returning and I’m a travel agent who books lots of travel.

Everything was nicely done. Restaurant was a good value and had excellent meals. Service was wonderful. Location was very convenient.
The sound between rooms wasn't good. I could hear people on both sides of me as well as those in bathrooms.

It's truly a 5 star!!! Pools, fitness center, market cafe, large beautiful rooms.

Check out 10am (no flexibility), no parking space (have to pay vallet), no service after 10pm
