Beautiful setting. Lovely large rooms Wonderful outside area

Would like a table and chairs on the patio (not just sun beds). Wi-Fi too slow. Food OK but nothing special

The view was great, especially from the beach. Pools we taken care of, but it had a lot of dead insects in it. We saw several people get injured around the pool area as it gets slippery, but there were no signs or mats to prevent it. The jacuzzi was amazing and our favorite spot. Staff at reception was great. We were greeted and welcomed nicely, but kitchen members needed improvement. On our first night, we received a phone call from staff advising us of our dinner opportunity, and because we fell asleep after the long journey, it felt nice of their attention to us and extra care. The first night dinner went great. The room was on the 2nd floor and had a great view over the pool and seaview. It had a nice little [Link Redacted] had extra beds upon request, which was super amazing as we stayed with 2 kids. The facilities were well kept and clean. We liked that the hotel had a separate lounge rea that can be booked and kids' room for them to enjoy.

Waiters took the wrong orders on several occasions, although it was clarified at the time of ordering. Because not everyone spoke English, it could have been harder for them to take the orders. However, it is always worth double checking with customers instead of serving the wrong selection. We felt like waiters needed more training. We didn't fight or comment on the wrong doing, but it was unpleasant on multiple occasion s (during lunch when lunch was not included in our room selection, but we didn't want to drive out for food, we decided to eat in the restaurant at the beach and received the food that we chose at first but then selected another and agreed with the waiter that we don't need the first selection we are canceling it and in the end got served with both and during dinner on our 2nd night, the waiter served us with two kids pastas instead of 1 serving to share for two kids and seemingly made few whispers over to his colleague with a smirky smile which put a bad taste during our trip). The room seemed like it needed renovation, as the furniture looked old, the tiles and the sink too.
