The shower has no pressure and was a little hard to get used to.

Beach Road Villa was an easy walk to the beach made easier by all the high quality beach chairs that were able to be worn like a back pack. We were able to use beach umbrellas, wagons and bicycles to make our days so easy and enjoyable. (Make sure to use the bicycles to ride about 1 mile to Sanibel's Best Homemade Ice Cream Shop! Yum!) The beautifully updated kitchen had good quality cookware and everything that was helpful for making quick meals. The unit my sisters and I stayed in was very spacious and tastefully updated with good quality furniture and décor. We especially enjoyed the back patio, hot tub and fishing dock by the canal and nice gas grill. This was a quiet and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Location was great. 1 block walk to the beach. Loved that the property was on a canal and we saw manatees very day. Hot tub was a bonus. The property has plenty of free bikes and beach equipment for everyone to [Link Redacted] villa was comfortable and clean, very spacious. Lots of kitchen pots/pans/dishes to make [Link Redacted] manager answered my texts very promptly.

The wifi wasn't very good.
