The facilities and the spaciousness of the room.
Charging $60 per night for parking. That is excessive.

Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Larger than expected bathroom.
Arrived around stated check-in time but was told to wait for room to be readied and that we'd be contacted when it was. Waited around 45 minutes before going back to check-in myself and confirmed room had been readied and they just didn't contact us. It was a convention weekend so I presume we got lost in the stream of other check-ins happening.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very spacious with all the facilities and equipment needed. The room has a big couch and full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bad room is huge. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Very good value, would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver

The location is great. There is an outdoor mall and several blocks of streets closed off to cars nearby. It's nice to just be able to walk a little bit and have shops restaurants, and other things to do
I enjoyed most everything. I didn't like that I arrived around 10:30 A.M. and there wasn't a room ready until around 1 P.M. I just left my bags with the valet service and then went to grab a bite to eat and look around at some shops, so it wasn't too bad.

The room was spacious and clean. The views were fantastic. The breakfast staff were kind and accomodating.
The front desk staff was a bit indifferent. I would have liked more kitchen items.

A very quiet room. Excellent location for going to the Theatre and eating around 16th street.
We have stayed here before. That is why there was no question to stay here again.

Location to where we were going. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean.
