- Lovely hotel, ideally located for Westpoint, airport and M5 The staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, such a wide range. Slept so well, bed was very comfortable.
- It was clean and very pleasant check in staff
- location, and inside out the building but we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast provided the sausage and beacon sandwich, was a joke other wise it wasn't bad for one night stay
Cons -
- The new parking charge was a shock so beware, it's £5 a day. Road traffic was noisy on the 2nd night but expected as room was facing the busy road this time. Lovely that they offer veggie sausages but they aren't quorn as advertised, replacement not nice
- Didn¿t like the parking charge. I suppose that¿s your fault!

Location was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly. Good facilities and the free parking, WiFi and breakfast was welcome.
More info about breakfast would have been helpful (maybe in the room). Wasnt aware of some options until too late. Didn't appreciate walking through smokers went entering front hotel. Heating fan in room was quite noisy.
