- Polite, helpful staff- Good food variety- Great live bands

- Food poisoning due to poor restaurant hygiene (no outside food/drinks, did not swallow sea water)- Weak Wi-Fi- Poor sound insulation; traffic noise disrupted sleep

The food was great, the staff was great. Always kind and helpful.Room with a nice view at seaside. There were two pool areas and you always had a choice between sun and shade.The waterslide was nice and play area for the kids

The heat and moisture but this has nothing to do with the facility.

The staff was very friendly. Ms. Hediye at the reception was very friendly. Service at the snack and main restaurant was warm and timely. The staff at the art cafe provided excellent service.

+ location, you can walk to the town in 15 minutes+ own private beach opposite the hotel, drinks and some snacks incl. in the beach bar+ very delicious food+ and staff is very friendly ?+ everything is clean (rooms, lobby etc)Price is reasonable.

-the first night we were leaving in the room, which is overlooking the sea and the road. For me it was too noisy, so I couldn’t sleep there even with ear plugs ( choose another room type, if you have the same problems.- pools are quite small and the sun is not shining all the day to the pool areas.- entrance to the sea is not the best, because of the stones and stone slabs ( not the best for children).

The staff was very kind and helpful. Food was good.

The location of the room. There is no soundproof and the evening program and music might disturb sleeping. So if you are easily disturbed by noices i suggest eather try to ask for a room farther away from the front pool area or take earplugs with you.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the overall feel of the hotel was lovely it’s very modern and clean. All the staff are so helpful and all the facilities are exceptional. We will definitely be coming again to this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help out. The food was amazing—definitely some of the best we've had at a hotel. Everything was kept really clean, and the place had a stylish vibe and cool decorations.We loved the live music in the evenings, which added a nice touch, and having a private beach was a big plus.

The only issue was the AC in our room—it was old and a bit noisy, which was kind of annoying at night.

Every thing amazing, the lady manager and ms hedeya and the customer service was great.

The wifi is very bad and keeps disconnecting could be better

Almost everything was fine: room, food, location, swimming pool, staff were good.

Unfortunately for all 3 days of our staying in the Block C, where is the main restaurant, room and bathroom cleaning service wasn't sufficient. Perhaps it is necessary to increase the staff on cleaning the rooms a little, because in the common areas they washed and cleaned perfectly.

This is my seventh time here in 3 years. The facilities are very clean and excellent. The found is superb with many different varieties and the staff are excellent,friendly and very helpful.

There is nothing really I can say other than the entertainment could be a lot better at night.

Great facilities and the staff were really friendly. Hotel and room are kept spotlessly clean. Location of the hotel is brilliant, just across the road from the beach and a nice walk into town. For the price I paid it was amazing value for an all inclusive hotel

Loved everything and wish I could stay longer

The staff was exceptional, the meal was good, the cleaners worked very good. The seaside just opposite, the sea very clear.

At night, the bathroom sometimes smelled of sewers, the air conditioning was missing draft deflectors

Staff in this hotel are super nice and are the biggest plus of Hotel.

We had a water leak in the toilet’s ceiling and Hotel changed our room after the second night. There were some issues with the flush and soap dispenser. Though property looked to be in a good shape, a better maintenance would probably needed.

Friendliness of restaurant staff, cleanliness of the room thanks to the cleaning ladies and professionalism by Fom, the reception manager. The rooms in the majn building are modern and have a high-speed wifi. Also, having possibility to snack all day round was excellent.

The foods served in the restaurant could have name tags and ingredients for those having allergies and intolerance.

The food was very good, from 7am till the midnight. Accomodation OK, we had view on the sea, beaufitull. 5 times a week there was a music by the pool, all drinks, snacks included.

I mostly liked food, beautiful view from the terrace and the location of the hotel. It's around 2km from the city centre. Also, during the evenings they organized live music next to the pool and it was very enjoyable.

I didn't like the meeting room. It's pretty small and temperature can be very high inside. Also i didn't like the light inside my room. I had just two small lamps, and it was very dark during the evening and the night.

The room was perfect for us as a family. Excellent shower, comfy beds, great WiFi, bottles of water replenished daily, very happy friendly cleaners. The two pools were spotlessly clean.Majority of the younger staff were absolutely superb. Especially Suat, the reception manageress, and the beach bar waiters The all inclusive ice creams, and cakes were delicious My husband had two very good massages organised via Elvis at the hotel, which he highly recommends.Entertainment was fun, we had a little dance on a few nights

The food was quite appalling.. breakfast wasn't too bad but when it came to lunch and dinner we found it so hard to pick anything, really unappetising, repetitive food. It was so bad we ate out most days. We are not fussy eaters but there was just no thought or care taken to provide l guests with decent varied food. We did bring this up with management who did agree and explained that it's so hard to get (and keep) good chefs. The explained that a few years ago they were rated very highly on their food, but it was hard to get these standards again now! The snack bar wasn't much better, overcooked food and miserable staff ☹️Also the other guests at meal times were terrible. Pushing into you, rude manners, one woman even hit our 7 year son in the head with a plate because she just could not wait 5 seconds for her food. Although this is not the hotel's fault, it made the whole dining experience even worse.The gym machines and equipment were mainly all broken, for us as a family was disappointing.Some (and definitely not all ) staff were really miserable, mainly the waiters in the snack bar.

pillows are not comfortable
