The views

The service was terrible, the rooms are outdated and smelly.

Room and hallway both not clean interacting with the staff made me feel like I was at the DMV

In my opinion, cleanliness is the most important thing and our room was spic n span. It’s a little dated but super clean. Super friendly staff! The location was great and very peace.

The amazing views and lobby

The room was awful. It was outdated, smelled, and the bathroom was not clean.

Not a lot to do , no good coffee at night, hot tub was not working

We enjoyed seeing the marina and the beautiful boats.

The hotel was 15 minutes or more out of town. There were many other places to stay that would have been closer to restaurants and Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend.

The restaurant is very under par for a resort. Nice view but very poorly prepared and seasoned food.

Location

Room was dirty, had black hairs all over bathtub and bed very gross. I asked for house keeping during my 4 day stay and they didn?t come not even 1x. I had to practically beg for new towels.

View & pool

The hotel faces Lake Powell. The pictures in the listing show a room overlooking Lake Powell. We booked the room and got there and they refused to give us a room overlooking the lake but charged us $20 more.

The sauna was closed, no free breakfast, no microwave, the smallest refrigerator, dated and worn rooms.

Location, and cleanliness

The most ridiculous part of this hotel is their 4 PM check-in. What that means, is zero guests can check in before 4 PM. At 3:37, we were told to wait until 4:00. At 4 PM we were in the crowded lobby with 30 other guests. Hotel bath looks like 1950.

Spectacular views, truly one of a kind.

Staff provided us a poor table even though we made a reservation and a better table was available. Cited ¿rotations¿. F&B options need to be improved. There was hardly anything vegetarian.

The view was really nice - if you upgrade to lakeview.

The property was under construction during our stay which meant little was useable or open. They still charged a resort fee & parking. The internet is really bad. I did ask if there was a trick to it and was told if it was cloudy - it may not work.

The views, walking paths, landscape, location, lobby, gift shop and coffee shop were fabulous!

Main restaurant was closed due to renovations. Rooms need updating, so I hope that¿s part of their overall plan. This place is too nice to let it deteriorate. In our room, the metal trim had a lot of surface rust and carpet had huge stains on it.

The staff were friendly, the restaurant food was great and the servers were phenomenal!

Not having an elevator would be the only down side but it was only one flight of stairs, so not terrible!

Location and scenery is beautiful. Serious downside, when anyone from any room takes a shower the bathroom has the worse sewerage spell ever. They have been notified regarding this issue but have done nothing to alleviate the issue.

The worse sewerage spell in the bathroom ever when someone has taken a shower. Doesn¿t have to be your shower, can be any other room and the horrid stench permeates your bathroom. Serious issue unaddressed by management.

The view was very pretty when you were outside

The hotel is run down, dirty, over priced, rude staff, ceilings of hallways were under 7 foot tall. There was pretty much nothing but the view I liked.

This hotel is in the park where you have to pay 30-35$ to get in separate with hotel costs
