Room 221 is nice but noise from adjacent elevator can be annoying.

Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are clean, and bed is very comfortable. When I visit family in phoenix , which is often, this is the only place I stay.

The room itself was clean
The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. We had to use the service elevator WHEN it worked. That was a hassle because house keeping and staff were also using it causing long delays. We were on the top floor so going up the stairs was not an option as we do have handicaps. Staff was not apologetic either. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

Everything was great. The room was cool and comfortable, very spacious. The breakfast each morning was fabulous. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Near restaurants and shopping. Clear path to the airport: 15 min drive.
Our room was up against the elevator so we heard elevator rumble. It didn’t interfere w our sleep but it was mildly annoying. Breakfast was mediocre.

Beautiful and clean facilities; pool and hot tub exceptionally clean; breakfast was really good! Our room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.
Got charged for 2 bottles of water; should be complimentary
