- Our room was very nice. I enjoy staying here during ski season since the Heavenly Gondola is just outside the Lobby
- Loved the location, cleanliness, decor and especially the staff interactions. Everyone was so helpful and gracious. Literally, was steps from the gondola up to Heavenly to ski.
- They are really nice and welcoming, the property itself is beautiful, our room was better than the pictures.
Cons -
- I'm not a big fan of the Valet only parking, but the attendants were respectful and worked as quickly as they could
- Can't think of anything.

Our room was very nice. I enjoy staying here during ski season since the Heavenly Gondola is just outside the Lobby

Location is amazing. Right by the gondola and all sorts of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Hot tubs were great after a day skiing.
I was bothered that we got a "complementary" housekeeping service on one of out 5 days there. Like they were doing me a favor. Housekeeping used to be provided every day and you could opt out (which we usually did) to help them out. And they didn't even show up on our complementary day. To top it off, we were asked in our arrival documents to load the dishwasher, pile the towels, and strip the beds on departure day. What? Seriously? Very bothered by their attempt to push this on me when I pay good money for the room and they want to maximize their profits.
