Casa Velas Hotel Boutique All-Inclusive - Adult Only

Service is spectacular, everyone goes out of their way to ensure a great experience.

Beach club closed unexpectedly, management made other arrangements to ensure beach access and the outstanding service Velas is known for.

Beach club was wonderful!

I didn?t like at check in having to play $50 more per night - to have double beds. The hotel was empty.

The entire staff at Casa Velas were extremely cordial and kind, they always had a smile and welcoming greeting as you met. The food at Emiliano?s and Tau Beach club was absolutely delicious and never seemed too repetitive.

On the Casa Velas website it lists "gratuities" as being part of the all-inclusive package. You receive a "bill" at the end of every meal, the meal balance will be zero but there was a place to give a "tip or gratuity" to the staff... on EVERY bill.

Very nice hotel with beautiful landscaping. Food is good. Bring bug spray, you are on a golf course, my wife and I got chewed up. I recommend this hotel if you want absolute quiet, adults only.

Service at times not too friendly, got a buch of attitude from one of the workers at Tau beach club because I asked for a 2nd towel. Much time waiting to be asked if I would like a drink or food by the pools. Much better service at other AI resorts.

Food was quite good but not exceptional. Three days of it was enough.

Everything was great from the food to the service. I will be commingling back next year!!!!

Proximity to airport

Old facility, beach is accessible by shuttle, were charged twice for the same booking and nobody flagged it on the hotel side

This hotel is amazing. The level of care that they provide their guests is so wonderful. It’s like a very high-end resort at an approachable price. The grounds are lush and beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. The restaurants are delicious. The beach club is fabulous. I’m not gonna mention one person in particular because honestly, every single person working at that resort is so kind, helpful, and Are truly there to make your stay special. Also, make sure you do a day at the spa because I did a massage and a facial and it was amazing.

If you’re used to lots of dining options at an all inclusive, you will not get that here, but all of the food is amazing.

Leaving casa Vellas by the front entrance and coming back to casa Vellas was a bit much. Coming in and out with Uber or taxi cab -we kinda felt that they were to strict

Well appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond. Food and drink were excellent. Beds very comfortable. Pool and gym are fantastic. We really enjoyed the relaxing, low key atmosphere we experienced throughout the resort and love the location close to the marina.

Hotel and staff were exceptional. Facilities superb and atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The all-inclusive menu was varied and good with the restaurant staff willing to cook request meals. Drinks were good quality.

WE asked to change our room. the room we booked was disappointing no view and smaller than expected. we paid to upgrade our room.

This hotel is in a great location and the team at reception were so welcoming and helpful. Our suite was spacious and we loved all of the little extras - borrowing a beach bag, sun loungers on the terrace, L'Occitaine toiletries etc. The beach club is brilliant and definitely worth a visit. Food and drinks were excellent. We loved our spa treatments - very relaxing before our flight. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional service! We had the most peaceful and relaxing gateway. The staff was so accommodating and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge and relax in sunny Puerto Vallarta.

I would have been nice if there were more vegan / vegetarian options.
