The staff was super nice, from the reception to services.

Just that there was no other restaurants beside the hotel one. There are restaurants but they are all closed

The staff was excellent and was very attentive and made sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was pleasant. Very close to the metro which was safe and clean

I liked the location and the plaza attached many restaurants and other shops ,but more than that the staff was excellent ,friendly,professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Parking is a real commodity in Naples ,this hotel charges for parking but does a excellent job.

Proximity to the train station

There was mold in the bathroom. Room did not match the photos provided

Close to the airport, with a very helpful staff.

A bit worn and when you walked on your room's floor your feet got very dirty. Could use some real cleaning on the hard floor.

slow staff, outdated rooms, small rooms, horrible kitchen, overpriced food, made a pre-paid booking that included taxes and hotel fees, on check-out I was billed as well for additional city tax

overpriced restaurant, with horrible food. the pasta was awful, the salad was destroyed in any possible way. I booked a pre-paid deal and the hotel insisted that I have to pay for city tax and parking which are excluded, it was never mentioned that.

breakfast was terrific.

Hotel not is a great area. Did not want to be walking in the neighbourhood but fine if you have a train connection or are happy taking taxis everywhere.

It's a fabulous facility with wonderful staff, especially the dining manager.

Not really. But it was shocking to see such a fine hotel in such a horribly, run-down city.

Staff was great

The room had heating issues. Even when the heating was closed. The room was burning. We had to order a fan from the front desk. We were travelling with a baby so it was hard to even move the room with all the stuff we had.

Super friendly and helpful staff, uncomplicated valet parking, 24h service and quick taxi to the airport even at 4 am. Comfortable beds, decent price. On site food options.

The room was super hot and AC didn't work. They might switch it off in winter but the rooms facing the sun get still super hot in winter and window doesn't open. Everything is slightly aging. Only one coffee machine at breakfast means standing in line for coffee. Food was serviceable but slightly disappointing when you return from the trip with the great food around. The direct location of the hotel is in scary looking industrial wasteland but didn't feel unsafe.

Decent stay. Clean and safe for Naples.

The heat was on in our room and there was no way to turn it off. The windows were broken so I couldn’t even get the cold air to come in.
