- The staff was super nice, from the reception to services.
- The staff was excellent and was very attentive and made sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was pleasant. Very close to the metro which was safe and clean

- Just that there was no other restaurants beside the hotel one. There are restaurants but they are all closed

The staff was super nice, from the reception to services.
Just that there was no other restaurants beside the hotel one. There are restaurants but they are all closed

I liked the location and the plaza attached many restaurants and other shops ,but more than that the staff was excellent ,friendly,professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Parking is a real commodity in Naples ,this hotel charges for parking but does a excellent job.
