Pros +
- Loved the room big spacious and even had a full kitchen! The pools were fantastic as always the perfect temp and no chlorine! The gym was a bonus with all the best equipment.
- Very clean, relaxed, well-equipped. We loved the amenities in the room such as the mini-kitchen, coffe and coffee maker, the "fireplace," comfy bed, modern bathroom. Nice to have good robes provided and plenty of towels. Plenty of filtered water available and abundant seating options around the pools. Good idea to have one pool covered (it was a rainy stay), and the others open. Also, wonderful to have three pool temperatures to chose from. Kid friendly, but also nice to have an adult only pool. The pools are not over chlorinated which we LOVE. Within walking distance to many shops, grocery store and restaurants. Ample and safe parking. Easy check-in.

Cons -
- The check in could be more flexible early and late check in would have been nice!
- There really should be a more affordable option to stay an extra hour or two after check out. $50 per person is too much! Or, allow for a later check out: maybe noon or one pm?
- No elevator for 2nd level.

It was a nice property. The pools where definitely the highlight. We also did the mud baths and highly recommend.
