Mantra on Jolimont Melbourne

Perfect room with a great view, immaculately clean with soundproofed windows

Location to Rod Laver and the staff.

Some of the room features were not up to scratch. Door latch was falling off from bathroom door, lights on the mirror were dirty.

It was a quite clean room and comfortable bed and quick walk to rod laver arena

The car park space where incredibly small and the cost of car parking too high

The man at the front desk when I checked in was so lovely. All of my co workers agreed, and he really left us with a great impression of not only Melbourne, but of Mantra!

When I used the iron to iron my shirt, it set off the smoke alarm

No security, able to walk in off the street at 11.30 pm via the downstairs doors without any card scans etc. Door lock broken

More car parking spaces are needed at the motel.However, it was cheaper to park the car for 24 hours at a close carpark (5 minute walk to and from), then it would have been at the motel

Large comfortable bed, clean shower and bathroom.

I was initially informed there was an airport shuttle bus by the central booking phone number, but on arrival I was informed otherwise and had to take public transport and SkyBus.

Location fantastic for events nearby. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Lovely decor

Loved the comfort of the apartment and was very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom needs. Beds were so comfortable.

Excellent location to the concert venue. We were able to walk easily. Also conveniently located to the tram if we chose to take it.Quiet room. It was clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and had good pillows.Breakfast was excellent.

Close to town and where I needed to be. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs to be renovated - tired and a bit mouldy.

The location was great. No parking available. Very expensive.

Room had all the facilities needed to have a good night's sleep. The bed was firm but comfortable. Loved the soap and shampoo. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The entry light wasn't working and the bathroom had a few dints and broken lampshade. The water pressure was only just acceptable and the water temperature was warm at best. The conditioner was empty - we would've asked for a refill if we were staying another night.

Every day they come to your room to make the bed and change the towels but nothing else, bathroom are in poor conditions..

Bed was comfortable. It was clean and the staff were great.

The parking is very small, and most cars were big. Didn't like that I had to leave my keys with reception so that they could move my car if needed.

Disappointed that dining room was not open for lunch or dinner.

Had the breakfast plenty of choices however the cooked choices were a little on the cold side.
