Not much except the location
It was very quiet, comfortable spacious and well equipped. The host was exceptionally helpful. The stay was very good value for money.

Cons -

The room was hot, no air conditioning, we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, the bed never made and the towels never changed. We arrived and the owner seemed to act as though we were never booked in, after waiting ages he eventually returned and gave us a room key, with a miserable expression. I wish we had left. On our booking form it stated we had paid for the first night, the rest to be paid in cash on departure, he claimed we hadn`t paid anything so we had to find the extra days money, which we just had.
