Free parking.
Throttled wifi is unusable and they charge you for usable speeds. Poor water pressure. Rooms need a paint job.

Location is excellent. Near Universal with free shuttle (on schedule). Good price. Breakfast is included and has several options.

The location, the staff, the complimentary breakfast all great. The room decent , and clean.
My only drawback was that the room had a musky damp smell and I don’t like musky rooms. Other wise everything else was as expected. Maybe invest in some sort of hotel air freshener, maybe change the filters on the ac units I’m not sure but the room smelled likeA teenage boy or a locker room

Breakfast attended somehow our needs, but it is hard to find any gluten free breads all over Orlando hotels. Gym was not that good. Room was very clean and atteded very well to our needs. Would consider again for next trips. Very good location, safety.

The value was very good and staff was polite and helpful. Plenty of parking space free of charge. Decent breakfast included in the room rate.
The carpets seem dated and dirty. Rooms are cleaned every other day.

Nice on the outside. Plenty of parking places. Decent breakfast
The carpet was soaked wet around the air-conditioner. Very unpleasant and I had to wear shoes to step around there.

Great location as very close to Universal. Staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to Universal was handy. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. Smart tv so we could watch Netflix and Amazon in bed.
The air con was super noisy, we had to turn it off at night. The pool looked a bit dirty and there were no proper sun loungers if you want a day around the pool. We didn’t make use of the free breakfast as we could never get a table.
