- Nothing. Would like to be reimbursed and they even charge 100.00 deposit which is laughable considering the facility.

- Still under remodeling. No breakfast options even though it says breakfast included. No soap or bath towels in room only hand towels. TV wasn't working.
- The room was dirty and smelled of tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. The microwave did not work and the AC constantly leaked water on the floor. To top off this amazing stay we woke up to bed bug bites and the continental breakfast they advertise was nowhere in sight.
- Business doesn't inform you of the $100 holding deposit until you arrive. Refuse to refund and won't tell you why information about the $100 deposit is found no where. On booking.com, it states that there is a $30 refundable deposit. Lady at front desk tried telling me that was additional to the $100 deposit and argued me down until my spouse came in to assist me. In the end, I only paid $30 deposit. Dirty rooms. Booked a room with 2 beds and received a room with 1. No tv in the room. Dirty towels left in shower from previous person who booked. Wasn't given a receipt and only given 1 room key. Phone in room doesn't work. Ac/Heat unit was busted and broken. 1 sheet on the bed and 1 throw blanket. The sheet was not a fitted sheet. Overall very disappointed and they should probably go out of business.
