No elevator to carry heavy bags up to second floor

Location was good.

The drainage pipe from the sink was leaking onto the carpeted floor and appeared to had been for quite some time. We reported it but it was never taken care of. We put a garbage can under it to catch the water. Smelt very musty in that area. Otherwise pinesol smell was overwhelming. When the shower was turned on a big wod of hair floated from the drain. The mattress must of been old, kept sinking to the middle of it.
