Hotel La Barcarolle

Location is good

The cleaning lady did not knock and barged in when I was taking a shower. I complained it to the reception desk. And there was no feedback. They do not think it was a big deal. They do not valued clients privacy.

I had an amazing view from my room. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was excellent.

We liked the tranquility of the hotel. It was quiet and in a beautiful setting facing Lac Leman. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks at the hotel the first evening. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Kudos to Martin at reception and Benoît in the restaurant/bar.

The rioom was quite warm even though we had the temperature set to the lowest setting. We just kept the balcony door opened when we were in the room.

just loved the place . enjoyed the avail of the bicycles and delicious restaurant ! Concierge was excellent !

Server at dinner did not understand English Language and got confused with what was ordered ..

Potentially a great location but mostly shut down Classic lobby was nice

Facilities were basic

The rooms have gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The setting is quiet and private. The staff gives excelent service. The hotel is beautifully decorated.

The room only had instant coffee.

We loved the location!! That was just amazing!! The rooms are a bit old and could be renewed a bit - but other than that its really super nice and beautiful!!Breakfast is ok… but the restaurant for dinner is really good and amazing!! We really liked it!

Perfect place when traveling through the region, a bit remote but with a great view and super calm

Love the location by the lake, the quietness, the charm, the harmony. Amazingly friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and rooms really spacious, clean and love the little balconies. Beds are very comfortable, big free parking.

Dog friendly room and restaurant, welcome pack for our dog (bed, bowl and treat), access to back garden with green areas and lack, beautiful view, room has everything

Breakfast was great, lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Plugs including USB beside the bed was very helpful, a necessity these days.

The location of the hotel was pleasantly quiet and in nice surroundings and everything seemed to run smoothly. The staff were attentive and we loved the food.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location for a quiet getaway away from central Geneva

It was almost too quiet formthe time of year we went. It got dark quickly and there weren’t any conveniencea nearby.

Excellent hotel in every way possible, at this price point. Excellent food and service as well as a comfortable room. Free bicycle rental available to get to the centre of town

The only problem with the hotel was that the lake view was somewhat blocked by a few trees, but obviously this is a minor problem. Buses to the centre of town run until late at night but after that you may need to catch an Uber, walk for 40 minutes or ride a bicycle, some of which don't have lights.

Location very convenient, close to a beach at the lake reachable by bike. Swimming pool was a plus, quiet and great for the kids.

Breakfast is way too basic, and needs more staff to replenish the different items when they are finished. You have to be very patient.

Very nice relaxing hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Ideal to relax and explore.

Reception was courteous, hotel and grounds were amazing. Everything was enjoyable.

Breakfast. We found it to be bland. Extremely slow in cleaning our rooms
