There were many rowdy customers. Running around down the hallways, a party of 6 being extremely loud in the lobby after hours (9PM-2AM). Management acted like they were afraid to speak to the customers. Leading myself to say something which fell on deaf ears. Having to wake up at 5am to go to work in the local area I should have checked out and went to another hotel. Being someone that was traveling for work I can say I will never stay in this hotel again due to this situation. Also after waking up the first day I not only had a staff member come into my room with out knocking. But they said I had checked out when I had 3 days pre paid to stay. The gentlemen ran away after realizing I was still in the room. After confronting him at the desk he told me there was a mess up online and that it wasn't his fault. No breakfast was available on the first morning due to the lack of customers that had checked in the night before. I totally understand this, but I was told there would be bag handed out instead with breakfast. This was not the case the second floor was locked up on all 3 stairways. No on was at the desk. For what I paid I expected more I guess. I will be contacting the HQ. Something I never do.

The location and the price

The place would be great if it was not rundown. Linens smelled unwashed including the towels. It reminded me of an old apartment when you walk in it has that old smell and no matter how much you clean it, it still looks and smells old. All the USB’s except one didn’t work. The hair dryer was broken it had tape on it. The lights in the room were so weird. There was almost like a spot light in the room. The guy would not let us check in 2 hours early without charging us. There was not one car in the parking lot! If you want a place to rest your head for a night with no expectations this is your place. We will not stay there again.

Breakfast was really bad. Sour juice and most items were stale. Seemed like the same food was presented day after day. Only thing fresh was the waffle batter. Everything else was old and not fresh at all.
