It was cold when u walked in and I waited 15 min for someone to come out and help us then he had me wait so he could get someone on the phone to help us and she had to take my credit card over the phone it took over a half hour or more to just check I.

There were several areas of prominent black mold - some areas evident where the contractor had painted over the mold. The service was extremely poor. Strong odors of cigarette smoke in the room & throughout the hvac system. Hotel staff barely spoke englis
