The cups, glasses, cutlery etc are stained dirty and it relies on the last guest to have washed them properly. Cups, mugs were stained and dirty. Had arranged with the host to check in 2-[Link Redacted] we got there the cleaner was there cleaning and advised that no one is allowed to check in before 3pm.
