A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: 82 Avenue des Mimosas, Hendaye 64700. A deposit of EUR 600 will be requested at check-in and will be returned by post after your departure, following a delay that shall be specified by the agency. Handover of the keys will take place at the agency in charge of the accommodations, which is located at a different address than the rental property. This address will be communicated to you by the agency after the reservation has been paid in full, 30 days prior to your arrival at the latest. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guest can clean the property themselves or pay an extra charge of EUR 90. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodations rate. Charges may apply.
