The staff were very polite, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The food was decent, nothing exceptional but satisfactory sometimes not very fresh .

The staff offering to take your photo were not very professional—the pictures were not the best but still cost €7 or more for digital format, which felt like a waste time because they don't tell you the price from beginning . Additionally, the hotel isn't located near any particularly nice beaches, and it was quite windy around the pool area, making it less enjoyable to relax there.

Hotel it was big but staff are very lowMy suit room was far from lobby but didn’t who to carry on my luggages . I booked ocean view room but they give me normal room with any view , anyway I had to change my room and pay more money to get Ocean view room !

The hotel was lovely — very quiet, peaceful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The only minor drawback was the absence of a sandy beach, but this did not prevent us from enjoying a wonderful holiday. For only €2.60, you can reach Los Cristianos and Las Américas within an hour, where there are plenty of beaches and water activities like surfing and windsurfing.

The brekfest and ather meals were excellent with a lot of different choisys for everone. All was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff very nice and helpfull, very clean everythere

the walkway to the nearest beach with entrance to the water could be better. There were just little stones and grease and that made hard to start any sea swimming

The reception staff sends you to their mobile app for any question, which doesn't work and constantly shows errors. I went to the reception several times for 3 days to simply book theme restaurants, each time the answer was different from the previous one, they suggested that I go to another building to find the person responsible for this. Why should I waste my time on this, it's their job, they themselves don't know how and what works, very unprofessional! The mattress in the room is rock hard, all pools are very cold, in all inclusive package, not everything is included! More than half of all drinks are paid and the quality of alcohol is simply disgusting, cheap low-quality alcohol with a chemical taste, everything is cloyingly sweet and even for free you don't want to drink it. All the included cocktails are poured from a machine and are undrinkable. To rent pool towels and iron you need to pay deposit. The most stupid thing is "My favourite club" membership, the 5% of guests are paying extra to sit in the corner of the restaurant, to use sunbeds in the corner too, like they are punnished for something, (to have a minibar drinks, and bathrob with slippers in the room) totally waste of money, if u dont want people around you-just dont go to all incliusive hotels.The theme restaurants are not worth it at all. The food in the main restaurant is good and there is always a big choise. But the morning egg cook is very rude and attacking guests: "Buen día! No smile-no egg!"

Apartment, we have frontal sea view suite, was amazing, one of the best we have ever had. And when it comes to good things about this hotel it’s over. The food was HORRIBLY BAD, it was like a mass, cheap food that you got at the cheapest and worst cantina, not restaurant for a 4 star hotel. We felt so bad after eating it for three times a day during one week. We’re so fed up with it that we started to eat outside the hotel. The reception staff was quite unfriendly and give you the worst hotel room of your category available at the moment.

Room was nice and clean.

There was not a lot planned activities for the kids. The whole drinks and tokens and everything in an app (also the drink menu) took away a bit of charm.

The location was ideal , beautiful scenery very tranquil the ocean view from our suite was stunning . The breakfast was good had a large variety catering to all . Lunch and dinner where also good with different choices each day . The place was immaculate every inch throughly cleaned each morning like clock work . Staff friendly very helpful .

The variety at the a la carte resturant was not very good limited choices Italian restaurant and not one paste dish . I am a coffee person but you could only have coffee with breakfast in the buffet area .

In theory, all is good, the hotel could get an easy 9.5. Rooms are large, terraces are huge, food is great, baths are very large, there are 2 or 3 pools, the bar is well stocked. There is air conditioning, electric kettle, fridge etc.

There are some minor issues which can be improved (don't mean I won't came back if I would have the occasion, all in all was a good experience) - the restaurant's decoration was almost non-existent, the baths are almost empty, there is a lot of empty space, and I would prefer a bath tub instead of a shower, the check in takes forever (there is a lot to be told about, like a token system for getting drinks from the bar), sometimes the restaurant get full, also the sunbeds are almost all occupied, be it for real, or just by a towel, the location is a bit off putting, you should have a car to get anywhere. Apart from the location, the other issues are applicable to many other hotels, there is no big deal. And even the location has its advantages, it is a quiet zone (apart from the children playing in the pool :) ), but there are some restaurants and shops nearby. With a rented car it is a great base point for exploring the most touristic part of the island.

When we arrived to the hotel the whole experience was great. The hotel is beautiful and we had a warm and nice welcome at reception. All staff were very kind and friendly. The room was especially clean and the housekeeping service is brilliant and all of them very kind. Pools are clean and great with choices at the pool bar. I would like to stress out the food which was outstanding. So many delicious food and drinks and to mention the F&B staff they work very hard and do an excellent service. The entertainment in the hotel was really the point that made us leave this review. Manuel and Ires went above and beyond to cheer up the guests and we will truly miss them. They were fantastic, funny, and they made our stay remarkable. Huge thank you for them. We recommend this hotel because all you need to have a nice holiday is at Alua Atlantico Golf. a lot of food choices

the bed kept on moving1 receptionist is kinda has an attitude. I asked for the spa location, he answered in not a nice way and I still did not see the location that made me late for 30 minutes. ;(

Overall, our stay was very good! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the hotel addressed my concerns—within just one day, they had resolved the issues I pointed out. That level of responsiveness really made a difference.We had a wonderful time both at the hotel and on the island. The atmosphere was great, and we truly enjoyed our vacation.I would especially like to praise the housekeeping service—it was one of the best we’ve ever experienced, even though we’ve traveled all over the world. The team did an exceptional job, and their attention to detail really stood out.

Amazing place, hope to go back one day! The staff is great, the location is beautiful and the hotel is very cleaned. I loved my holiday there and I can't recommend this more! We also received a room upgrade for free so thank you for making our stay extremely pleasant!

There are three restaurants and only one is included in the All Inclusive package if your stay is for less than a week. This makes perfect sense however, the food is not high quality in this restaurant, but perfect for families with kids!

The room was a good size and comfortable, the evening entertainment was also good. The atmosphere was lively, which is good so not the place if you just want a quiet stay.

Food and drinks of the all inclusive could be improved. Almost everything tasted liked industrialised food and the cocktails weren’t good. Also, the indoor pool could be heated.

I don't recommend it

We bought a room with a direct view of the sea, but they gave us a room with some corner where the view opened up to the port and some land mountain from where a lot of dust was coming from, the sunrise and sunset were not particularly visible from this corner. When booking the most expensive room, I indicated in the addendum in the comment that my children were traveling for the first time in their lives and asked for a room with a nicer view. When I tried to explain to the administrator the next day that our room did not have a direct view of the sea but some kind of side and partial view of the sea, the administrator laughed at me in response in public, which showed disrespect for hotel clients 2.the room was very cold and as it turned out, what was written that there was a possibility of heating, in fact, there was none. 3.on top of all this, instead of blankets we were given plaids. 4. the hair dryer didn't work, but after a request it was replaced. 5.with a Smart TV which allows access to YouTube and other applications but in fact turned out to be a regular TV. 6. there was also incorrect information upon check-in that we were entitled to one a la carte dinner, but the next day when I approached the administrator, I was given different information that in the case of a stay of less than 7 days there is no a la carte 7.ice water in all pools including the children's pool8. when taking a towel, the administration asked for a deposit, which they were not going to return upon checkout, and demanded some kind of paper about the payment of this deposit, although they did not give it. The arguments were that this deposit is taken from someone, but not from all, and at the moment the system does not show this deposit. In conclusion, I want to say that we didn't like the administration and organization and I have no desire to go back there. Well, since we had a car, we just traveled and didn’t sit on the territory of this hotel.
