Great place good food great pool

They have the worst pillows on the bed

Bartender was the best at making and mixing drinks

The restaurants and buffet left alot to be desired

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, showing little patience or courtesy. The hotel did not match the description on the website ? it advertised breakfast, but none was provided. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

The all inclusive breakfast was a nice feature the dinner buffet was changing daily they had two different options of fine dining which was very nice staff was remarkably friendly and kind and polite and helpful

I had a king size bed hard as a rock I don't know about any other beds but my bed was very very uncomfortably hard and requested a different bed and never got one

Location to 5th (quinta) ave. Walking distance. Quiet. Clean. Safe. A/C in the room nice.

False advertisement: not queen beds, more like full or double. Hard mattress. Thought I was getting all inclusive, only got breakfast. Bait and switch. Pool too hot.There was garbage left by the elevator for 3 days before being cleaned.

The amenities were great. It is located directly in front of one of the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. They had free secure parking. Lastly, You are a few blocks away from their main pedestrian street.

Everything was right there. Friendly, clean, great beach access.

When we arrived they did not have a room for us (bad). But they paid for transportation to and from and extra meals to stay at another of their properties (Reef 28) which was fabulous.

The food was not good. The servers and waitresses were good. Management were very unprofessional, they ripped us off. Paid way too much for a 1 star hotel. Will never go back. Ruined my family vacation.

Seaweed, plus the staff doesn’t understand English properly and they have ham or pork on everything very few food item they had for the Muslims or vegetarian

Food was Ok and the location was good too

Our hotel room smelled like sewer.l and there was a lot of noice coming from the outside as the room was next to a service facilities entrance. We complained but nothing happened until the day before our last day (we stayed for 3 days/4 nights).

The towels had dirt marks on them, the sheets on it bed had bodily fluid stains, and there were stains on the comforter covering the bed that looked like dried blood, my daughter literally thought it was poop on the sheets. Disgusting! Do not stay at this hotel! We switched our stay to The Princess hotels which were lovely.

The location was great!

The beds and pillows were like bricks. Worst sleeps I’ve ever had! The food had zero options for allergies, you had to pay more for premium bracelets to get things that’s should have been included at all incisive, they put me up in an amazing room the first night then told me I had to move rooms, that was night one, night two after I moved I had a couple walk in on me sleeping at 1am say this was their room. The staff said that never happened. Food had zero options for allergies so found myself leaving to go get food all the time and just spent more money, when I went a got groceries cause of my allergies they wouldn’t even let me take a fork!
