SENZA THE INN RESORT & SPA

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Fevzi from the reception and Mustafa from the restaurant for their hospitality and help. And of course the food, it was so delicious! Thanks to everyone!

The hotel's private beach was neither beautiful nor convenient.

Same food everyday if you like eggs then great because you will be eating them in everything.

Entertainment was very poor same mini disco every night with the same 4 songs repeated. WiFi isn’t free and you have to pay 14€ for one week and it cuts off a lot of the timeYou have to pay extra for ice creams and certain cocktailsSome of the staff are rude and only ask about writing a good review on for them, in particular one of the ladies who works at the pool bar. The 24 hour bar isn’t 24 hours it’s closes at midnight and the restaurant also isn’t 24 hours like advertised.We was disappointed with our stay as we had come for our honeymoon but we was expecting a little bit more and we know we wasn’t the only ones as others had also complained about similar things.

Worse hotek ever

Everyrhing you had to pay for wifi safes and food is crap its would be better to eat dog food then this cold food that is worse than a 3 star hotel or even a motel

Its barely 3 star, not a 5 star. Its old hotel, needs renovation. Lines everywhere for food and for drinks. We had a virus with high fewer all our family

Food wasnt great they cpuld do with .ore veriety of food amd deserts. Area isn't that great every shop you go to is more expensive then the other.

I didn't enjoy food but that's cause I'm fusy my turkish friend ate well nightclub was a hit but we discovered on our last night

Staff esp maids very rude when asked for clean towels daily

Animation team need to engage with kids more.Food needs to improve, it was very bland and old. Nothing was fresh, perhaps it was end of the season that's why. Indoor pool needs to be active. Smell of the garbage needs to be eliminated Mosquito nets need to be installed Beach needs a jetty.

Good place for sunny holidays

Breakfast was always cold. Only fish,turkey, and chicken for lunch and dinner It's a max 4-star hotel

Facilities

We have a terrible experience at the property. A guest came to the room and approached my wife when she was sleeping. Even the police and the property couldn’t help usI need a refund.

The aqua park

The music everywhere was far too loud, I travelled with 2 children, 2 old people and I am middle aged. We could not hear each other speak - the beach bar and the main swimming pool were the loudest, it ruined our holiday

I have never seen a 5 star hotel don't have free Wi-Fi it was a cheapest decision to save money. I booked from Booking.com so they give a different bracelet So that we can't have alcoholic drink after 10pm and some staff think it's for other hotels. Drinks was cheapest and awful. Check in time was so late to disine u can't have lunch
