- The only good thing about this hotel was the large parking lot.
- After requesting Twinst to change rooms, the gentleman at the counter assisted me.

- Hotel should NOT be a 3.5 star hotel: dirty, with peeling wallpaper, dirty furniture, poor service, front desk minimal English, old and broken gym equipment, poor water pressure, eggs and Sausage links ice cold, loud rooms - no soundproofing. Get it?
- The air conditioner was not functioning properly. I had to request a replacement twice due to issues with the units in the two assigned rooms.
- Yes while in the Jacuzzi alarm went off had to stand outside for a hour then there was no breakfast left at 9 am would like some type of compensation for the stay.
