Parking said complimentary online and then I was charged for it when I got there.

Comfortable room and King bed. Nice lobby and clean updated facilities throughout. The pictures listed on the site rang true, everything was as pictured. Didn’t get to partake but the indoor heated pool was a nice touch. Easy FREE parking next door and I liked having a couple of restaurants nearby in a pinch. Stayed two nights for a wedding and loved how convenient and close it was to everything in town. Cultural district 5 min away, Magnolia area was 5 min away, Sundance Square was 7 min away, TCU area was 7 min away. Will no doubt stay here again when we are in town next.

Not any real view to speak of, but not my main concern on this trip and the pluses far outweighed this one negative.

The pool had visible dirt and debris on the bottom and. We woke up the next morning to no hot water with no notification of this.

Great hotel!! Very clean and up to date. Breakfast was delicious. If you have kids the pool makes it worth then room just by itself. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean.

The breakfast buffet for $15 each was the same as other buffets from less expensive hotels. We ate elsewhere. The parking was $20 a night extra. The rooms were small and a little shabby. We actually thought the overall experience was a disappointment for the money we ended up being charged

Everything was really amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Pets allowed. The pool area is safe and really fun for kids, not mentioned it’s heated and 38 degrees outside. Fire places are going in the lobby. We loved it here!!
