Location was perfect for this trip to Windsor to visit family. Parking and checkin were efficient and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They really seemed to care. Decor and furnishings were beyond expecations. Terrific shower. Clean and tidy.

The rooms are sparkling clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the middle of a commercial district with lots of restaurants, stores, etc. The Devonshire Mall is a couple of minutes away. Rooms were a nice size and updated.

The location was ideal. Close to hospital and shopping. Lots of restaraunt's in the area, and an excellent one right at the Inn which was reasonably priced.

The friendly staff, the design of the hotel and how modern it was. It is rated as a 2 star but it definitely exceeded its rating.

They do not advise you online or poor to checking in that you need to pay for parking. The television in my room was a thing flat screen style tv; however was not working properly, colour was pale and faded. My key cards did not work.
The beds were super comfy, the staff was very friendly, and it was updated and clean.
They still used regular keys rather than key-cards.
Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom. There was a full size glass door and modern, big tiles. Clean, modern and great water pressure.
More light in the parking lot would be helpful.
