Absolutely stunning. Have no doubt and stay here!
This is an amazing place. I don’t understand low scores!! 😳 we had everything here - great staff, beautiful location, adorable bungalow on the beach. It’s just breathtaking!!! You feel connected to the nature and sunsets are just stunning. Yes, it is expensive (as whole Tulum), yes the water is salty in the room but you have jug of fresh water replaced every day so you can rinse using this if it’s a problem. Air con worked perfectly it was nice and cool in the room. WiFi worked perfectly. Hairdryer and iron available at the reception. You can easily explore the area by renting a bike for $20 and get massage for $50. Honestly, there's nothing to fault here. It's one of the more affordable options in Tulum Beach, and I'm thrilled we chose it. I rarely give a perfect 10 out of 10!
I was missing fridge and closet in the room. Breakfast was very basic and vegetarian (scrambled egg, nachos, pancakes, bread, fruits and cereals) every day. We were staying only for few nights so that wasn’t a problem at all but might be if you’re staying here for longer.

Love the chill relaxed vibe. Everything is simple and beautiful. Don’t like seagrass pile and trash.
On the beach location is excellent! The beach club next door party into the night not so excellent as we were sold on the zen quiet cool vibe of coco tulum. Being right next door to a beach club doesn’t fit. Breakfast is mediocre and not ready at 7:30 as stated when you have to be somewhere at 8. Seagrass is raked up by opposing teams on either side but seems to be all put right in front of the expensive beach view bungalow we paid for: we got this pile of trash and it’s smell along with our beautiful beach view. Overall service is great, but there are details that need improvement.
