- I really liked the staff; they responded to my problem immediately and resolved everything within a short time. I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always been a pleasure to interact with them.
- I was very happy to visit this hotel for the first time, but I had an issue with the payment. For some reason, my app charged me twice, but the receptionist took the time to sort it out and refunded my money. I was very happy about that. I now recommend this hotel to everyone because the staff is very kind and helpful and will assist you if you have any problems.
- It looked like interior hallways were recently renovated. First room I had looked very nice but next room was not as nice.

- The room reservation was for a queen. The lock on the door did not lock from the inside. When I left to get more belongings I noticed it did not lock from the outside. The woman at the front desk changed my room, but only a two bed room was available. That room was not as nice but at least the lock worked. There was no microwave in this room to heat water and in the breakfast area, no hot water. The fire alarm went off at 11:45 pm and then I was awakened at 3:30 am by the fire alarm. Not much of breakfast. No elevator.

Looks like it’s recently being renovated. Everything seemed clean and modern.
It will be nice once all the renovations are completed. The dining area was small and the offerings were very poor.
