Silverbow Inn

It was near a good restaurant. That's it.

The reality of the room was MUCH less than that portrayed in the photos. Trying to reach someone to register our displeasure was a chore. You have to speak with an answering service who promises to have someone call you back. In our case, we gave up.

nice little hotel, we had the misfortune of booking during an event which was only days away and paid a stupid price for it, however that's not a reflection on our experience there. The staff we great! Enjoyed the hot tube and views from the roof top

The feel of the breakfast/living room is so welcoming; like walking into a friend's house. Our room was the new ADA/accessible room and the design was really cool (live that silver paint!). Quiet even though it was on the ground floor!

Room so small we banged our ankles on the concrete bed stand. Bed a dbl not queen as advertised. No ac or fan window facing brick wall with strong smell of fried food and loud voices of restaurant kitchen staff at12 mn. Rug dirty.

I had a great stay at Silverbow. I really enjoyed having the bagel shop for breakfast and winebar for afternoon, evening. It was a treat. Being right in downtown Juneau is also fantastic with the dining and shopping nearby and a beautiful hike just a f

The only thing I'd change is the creaky floors. I felt like every time I walked in my room I was waking other people up. And every time someone else walked to their room they'd wake me up.

Location and Food Services were excellent. What was disappointing was the size of the "Superior Queen Room", which was touted as an upgrade for us by Booking.com. It was smaller than I expected.

Better representation of the "Superior Queen". I'm curious what an "Inferior/Regular Queen" was particularly for this price.

The Silverbow Inn was absolutely fantastic! It’s located in a great location—close to shops and restaurants—and the room was great. I want to especially give a shout out to the staff (they were really warm and welcoming).

Great location and nice local run hotel. Easy to walk down the docks as well as the nearby restaurants. Comfy beds. Misty was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

The location was wonderful!

For the price, the room was fairly sparce. Breakfast was adequate but you make a lot of it yourself. No elevator and narrow, steep steps to the room. Window looked out at the concrete wall of the next building - about 3 feet away.

The people working were thoughtful and friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the decorating and homey touches.

Walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfy. Robes for the hot tub. Great food for breakfast and homemade snacks always available. Very friendly place.

Juneau is very expensive.

Location was great.

No blackout curtains. Sporadic internet connection in room. No room safe. No elevator. Mediocre breakfast. No room phone. Noisy window AC unit. Sporadic door lock to room. No top sheet. Noisy overhead tenant at 5:00 a.m.

Playful & peaceful environment in a great location.

It was expensive. I'm sure that's due to tourist season.

The location met our needs. We appreciated the history of the building. The library with books of the region added to our stay. The hot tub was perfect at the end of our day.

It was obvious that the hotel was short on staff. With the staff continuously on the move - taking care of the front desk, cleaning rooms, doing laundry, etc. attention to guests suffered.

Cozy and quirky Inn, which is more like a B&B. Comfortable beds. Superb staff.24 hour coffee and tea.

Small rooms, thin walls, skimpy breakfast.
