The Pavillon Building is equipped with hot tubs as well as the swimming pool.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pros +
- Great location for our needs, staff at check-in was friendly and efficient
- The hotel restaurant, located near the Casino de Charlevoix.
Cons -
- We put our sign out for house keeping after our 1st night and the room was never clean. The next morning at 8am they were knocking on our door to clean on the day we're checking out. Gym needs updating, old équipement and half of them don't work.
- Lack of secure parking for our snowmobiles, My room #244 is located above the Hotel Pool by closing the heating unit, the room temperature reached 85 - 90 degrees. Slept very badly.
