Club Big Blue Suit Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

The hotel was good for our stay, and everything was as described. The food was typical for Turkey – lots of cheese! The pool area was nice, with music playing during the day. We walked to the beach in just 6 minutes. The beach was alright, although the sand was a bit dirty. One thing to note: you can't bring your own drinks or food; you're required to order from the hotel, which is fine they have a restaurant on the beach!

Elevators are too small. We were waiting around 15 minutes on our fourth floor with our suitcases to go down))

It was really comfortable for my kids.

The food is a bit repetitive. Especially the kids menu is a bit disappointing.

The location is decent, but it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel’s beach, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Let me express my sincere gratitide to the Club Big Blue Suit Hotel for privided service and hospitality. It is a best example of ratio in quality and affordable price. Me an my family are definitely decided to spend our vacation in this hotel in the future. Wish all the hotel personnel and managenent to keep with this way and to be a numer one in the Mideterranian sea.

No bottle waters available after late night None in the mini fridge.Even after requesting water bottles none were provided reason was to late.

Location and the SPA center. The lady in the spa center gives excellent massage.

I loved the grounds, pools / slides / play park for kids / play area for kids/ giant chess set & the food was not too bad and they upgraded my room for free. Was lovely

The times of food being served breakfast was far too early / only giving us 1 pillow each & they were thinner than A4 paper / never changed our bedding in 5 days just tidied / tiny balcony / and some foods were unseasoned lacking flavour.

It's a very nice family room and swimming pool we enjoyed all my lovely family, nearly beech about 5min walk, and was All inclusive.And the price is very good

The Turkish animator Haribu was the best service we got in this hotel.

Not all kids services was active, even the ping pong table was not working. Also I did not like that our second room which was connect to first room as family suite was without conditioner and the weather in August was very hot.

All was very expressive. First this is the location.its exactly the heart of the city. Near the mall. And many network outlets. The hotel team was very pleasant and spoke good English.the food was various, tasty was delicious,ice cream and pizza Turkish., To kids it was pleasare.

Big blue hotel is very sentral,very near to everything,Comfortable , very funny water slids,evry evining show to kids and adult and great food All the poeple who works there are very friendly smile,help fullAnd special the manager Salih very helpfull and comfortable to speak with him More ovor Haribo is very funny and kind I all rady miss him very great man .And Yasar ,Arda …..etc Very politely and smiling every day Generally all the facilities,and people who works there are great

Maybe I would like more show and music to kids

Good hotel with a convenient location. despite the small rooms, the space is very well thought out, renovated. Breakfast starts at 7.30 and guests are woken up by pleasant soft music. at 23.00 the programs and music end, it becomes quiet. Many thanks to the restaurant team, chefs, waiters and cleaners, food is always fresh, very clean, huge selection. There are various meat dishes, vegetable, fresh vegetables and fruits, wonderful desserts.

the hotel has problems with hot water, do not be afraid to contact the reception, there are helpful staff and will try to help. My problem was solved and I always had warm water in my room.

The kids club and mini disco was great

The staffs was'nt friendly and room clean up was awful... they didn't wash or change the glasses and cups and didnt change some of textiles ?

As we checked in and found that it isn't 4 star hotel from any angle, the manager moved us to his other building on the next road which was very close to the beach and the name was BIG BLUE SKY. it was our last 3 nights in Alanya and our wrong choice of booking ruined our trip. The bathroom was horribly small and the room's every bit was full of mosquitoes which destroyed our skin, from face till foot toes we all are covered with red bumps. Our children were crying and scratching their arms and faces. They gave us dirty blankets full of stains and dirt. This hotel isn't suitable for the decent families, it's not for people coming from the UK especially the families with the children should avoid it. Wifi was very slow. They don't put disposable glasses next to the water and juice( syrup diluted drink) dispenser, we found the glasses were dirty so my children had to bring their own water bottles to refill because no one would like to drink water in the dirty glass. The room and the rest of the area filled with creepy pictures. Breakfast was like there was nothing to eat. One man from their staff at the restaurant misbehaved with me and he threw my food on the other table and ordered me to leave this table for the other two ladies because they want to sit infront of the beach side, never faced such type of rude behaviour. I refused to leave my table and told him to bring back my plate but I couldn't eat afterwards, I told him that I will complain to the management about his behaviour but I don't want to make someone jobless so I didn't complain but that last dinner destroyed our whole trip, extremely regretting to stay there, definitely never coming back to that Land of the mosquitoes!!

All of the staff was very helpful and friendly specialy Baran.The baclava was very delicious
