Very nice rooms, everything you could need. There was a pool, but we didn't try it. Our host was very nice. Quite a lot of nice places to visit in the locality. Breakfast was fine.

The Wi-Fi was non existent in our room (Marine) but could be accessed downstairs.

This Chambre d'hote is in a great location and Eric is a very welcoming host. The bed in our room was large and very comfortable and the chateaux has a lot of character.

Our room was very dark, as was a lot of the chateaux. Also getting through the entrance gates was a bit of a hassle.

Dark, very bad lighting. Old. Needed a lot of upkeep. Walking up & down stairs was dangerous with no lighting, especially with suitcases. Trying to locate the light switch was difficult. no ventilation. One small window in a room for 4 people & no air conditioning or air exhaust in bathroom made room very stuffy . The room, bathroom smelled musty. We were told we had to vacate the rooms /property between 11am- 5pm when we arrived. We had no choice but leave during those time. We had a wedding to attend to so had to make other arrangements to get ready for the wedding elsewhere. The proprietor didn’t speak English so difficult to communicate. The rooms & bathrooms did not look like they were cleaned although we were told we had to leave so they can clean. Bathroom light was blown & not replaced, toilet flush broken and tiles in bathroom broken. No bathroom toiletries provided ie soap,hand or body wash, shampoo, conditioner were provided so we had to go out to get our own . Breakfast was basic.
