Amazing hotel with fantastic staff, delicious food and always a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stayed 5-6 times and will never choose anywhere else at Cleethorpes.

Beautiful hotel situated next to the main beach. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was great value for money.

Really minor stuff… I like to have a lock on bathroom doors, room warmer than it needed to be, a few choices for a bowl of cereal as a breakfast ‘starter’ would have been nice but overall a super place.

The breakfast choice was good but maybe would have been nice to have some other types of bread like sourdough and cousant as well but was well cooked and presented

The room we stayed in was lovely, very clean warm. jaccuzi bath was amazing. we had a room with a balcony which was really nice. Breakfast was really good, Nothing was to much trouble- location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the sea front, bars restaurants. overall are stay was perfect, We was made very welcome, Definetly will be staying again,

Front of of house very rude never attended to me when asked for a new duvet due to static electric, told never had this issue before as thou I was lying and spoke is I was lying.

Found the mattress very soft might suit some however we found it too soft and 'bouncy' when one moved the other person moved

The hotel was very nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and there was a good choice. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to all the amenities and only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Was a nice property with good staff. Downstairs & restaurant area good. Breakfast was good. Pleasant outside seating area.

Room wasn’t very clean. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, false nails on floor. Shower grubby & a horrible brown stain down the front of the toilet pan.
