Location was perfect. Breakfast tasted delicious. Shower was nice and hot.

I liked everything.

The room was very spacious the towel we big and soft and I liked the shampoo conditioner and body soap in the shower.

The AC stopped working the night it got up to 78 in the room before it turned back on, the pool was full of kids the workout room also had kids all over the equipment we couldn't use either facility because of the water and over crowding we counted 21 kids in the pool at once and the hot tub was full. I was unable to use any discounts because I booked through booking.com.

The staff is great! We meet friends every year and stay at the Effington location. Casey and her crew need to be applauded. Sofie, Beth, Camie, and JC. We sat in the lobby area for 4 days playing cards with our friends. We saw all the comings and going of customers. We also saw some customers that was rude for no reason to these employees. They handled it well and was pleasant. They all said they liked their jobs and working for Casey. Hopefully, we will see them in 2027.
